We provide non-recourse lawsuit funding that allows plaintiffs, awaiting settlement of their case, the ability to remain financially solvent and meet economic necessities.

Our Philosophy

CFG is affordable for the plaintiff and strategically beneficial to the attorney. Now, you can stay solvent while your case is developing. The cost of the advance is simple, easy to understand, and clearly spelled out in our agreement. There are no surprises or hidden costs at CFG. Our rates are fixed at the time of funding and will not be increased prior to disposition of the case. CFG does all of the paperwork for you. We work directly with you and provide your attorneys with copies of all the paperwork for their file. Other service companies require that the attorneys do all or some of the paperwork. This can be a drain on their support staff and a major nuisance. CFG offers you a convenient, affordable, and practical way to obtain money while awaiting settlement—thereby minimizing your anxiety.

About the Process

CFG is not a lender. We do not run your credit or background checks. Each funding request is based on the potential value of the case, not on your credit or employment history. And you need not have any assets to secure repayment.

Once your application is complete and we receive the necessary file, unlike other financial service companies, we take care of all of the paper work for you and there is absolutely no financial risk to you!
